Example of work as a Founder

A CBS student has come across a problem: When it is cold his phone battery dies really quickly. So, he wants to produce a phone case that can store heat.

To start out he validates the idea: Asking others if they have the same problem. He then investigates how the case could be designed and produced.

Once a prototype is ready, he and his friends test it.

He learns both benefits and drawbacks that he uses to optimize the product and for messaging in his marketing.

He sets up a website for selling the phone case directly to customers but also starts contacting stores that could be distributers.
