“Analyst” is a frequently used entry level job tittle in the financial industry. The analyst is specialized in a specific field e.g. M&A, Investment or Corporate Finance.

The field will determine the specific tasks. Nonetheless researching and analyzing a market/investment/risk/dataset, build client relationships or develop the business are often main parts of the job.

She will also work on finding the right partner for the client by mapping potential buyers and take part in dialogues with these.
